Πολιτική Απορρήτου

Το 5 Min Bro είναι σχεδιασμένο να δουλεύει χωρίς λογαριασμό. Δεν ζητάμε email, τηλέφωνο ή λογαριασμό. Παρακάτω εξηγούμε τι ακριβώς συλλέγουμε και γιατί, ώστε να ξέρεις τι κάνουμε με τα δεδομένα σου.

1. Ποιοι είμαστε

Η εφαρμογή 5 Min Bro αναπτύσσεται από ανεξάρτητο developer στην Ελλάδα. Email επικοινωνίας: fiveminbro@gmail.com.

2. Τι δεδομένα συλλέγουμε

Συλλέγουμε ΜΟΝΟ ό,τι είναι απαραίτητο για να δουλέψει η υπηρεσία:

  • Τυχαίο αναγνωριστικό (Firebase UID) — ένα τυχαίο string που δημιουργείται όταν ανοίγεις την app για πρώτη φορά. Δεν συνδέεται με όνομα, email ή τηλέφωνο.
  • Όνομα προβολής — αυτό που πληκτρολογείς στην αρχική οθόνη. Φαίνεται μόνο στους συμμετέχοντες του ραντεβού σου.
  • Ζωντανή τοποθεσία — μόνο όσο τρέχει ένα ραντεβού. Ενημέρωση κάθε ~3 δευτερόλεπτα. Σταματάει αμέσως μόλις κλείσει το ραντεβού.
  • Push notification token (FCM) — για να σου στέλνουμε ειδοποιήσεις όταν μπαίνει κάποιος στο ραντεβού σου ή σου στέλνει ήχο.
  • Ηχογραφήσεις (Premium) — αν αγοράσεις Premium και ηχογραφήσεις δικούς σου ήχους, αυτοί αποθηκεύονται κρυπτογραφημένα στο Firebase Storage. Είναι ορατοί μόνο στους συμμετέχοντες των ραντεβού σου.
  • Συγκεντρωτικά δεδομένα χρήσης (Analytics) — πόσα ραντεβού φτιάχνονται, πόσοι ήχοι στέλνονται, οθόνες που επισκέπτεσαι. Όλα συγκεντρωτικά και χωρίς προσωπικά αναγνωριστικά.
  • Crash reports — αν η app κρασάρει, στέλνεται αυτόματα ένα αναφερόμενο σφάλμα για να το διορθώσουμε (μέσω Firebase Crashlytics).

3. Τι ΔΕΝ συλλέγουμε

  • Δεν ζητάμε email, τηλέφωνο, ηλικία ή φύλο.
  • Δεν έχουμε πρόσβαση σε επαφές, φωτογραφίες, ημερολόγιο ή SMS.
  • Δεν παρακολουθούμε την τοποθεσία σου εκτός ραντεβού.
  • Δεν πουλάμε ή νοικιάζουμε δεδομένα σε τρίτους.
  • Δεν χρησιμοποιούμε διαφημίσεις ή ad tracking.

4. Πώς χρησιμοποιούμε τα δεδομένα

Τα δεδομένα χρησιμοποιούνται αποκλειστικά για:

  • Λειτουργία της υπηρεσίας (live τοποθεσία, ηχητικά, push notifications).
  • Διόρθωση σφαλμάτων (Crashlytics).
  • Βελτίωση της εφαρμογής μέσω συγκεντρωτικών στατιστικών.
  • Επεξεργασία αγορών Premium μέσω Apple/Google.

5. Τρίτοι πάροχοι

Χρησιμοποιούμε τις εξής υπηρεσίες:

  • Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Messaging, Crashlytics, Analytics) — host στη Google Cloud (US/EU). Πολιτική Google.
  • MapBox — για τους χάρτες. Στέλνει requests τιμών χαρτών χωρίς προσωπικά δεδομένα. Πολιτική MapBox.
  • Apple / Google — για τη διαχείριση αγορών Premium μέσω App Store / Play Store.

6. Πόσο κρατάμε τα δεδομένα

  • Ραντεβού (sessions) — διαγράφονται αυτόματα 24 ώρες μετά τη δημιουργία τους.
  • Τοποθεσία — γράφεται live ενώ τρέχει το ραντεβού. Διαγράφεται μαζί με το ραντεβού.
  • Ηχογραφήσεις σου — μένουν στο Firebase Storage μέχρι να τις διαγράψεις εσύ (από τη soundboard) ή να πατήσεις «Διαγραφή όλων των δεδομένων».
  • Push token — μέχρι να απεγκαταστήσεις την app ή να διαγράψεις τον λογαριασμό σου.

7. Τα δικαιώματά σου (GDPR)

Έχεις δικαίωμα να:

  • Διαγραφή — από Ρυθμίσεις → Διαγραφή όλων των δεδομένων. Σβήνονται όνομα, ηχογραφήσεις, ιστορικό και ο λογαριασμός σου.
  • Πρόσβαση / Εξαγωγή — γράψε μας στο fiveminbro@gmail.com και θα σου στείλουμε τα δεδομένα που έχουμε για σένα.
  • Διόρθωση — μπορείς να αλλάξεις το όνομά σου από τις Ρυθμίσεις.
  • Παράπονο — στην Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα (dpa.gr).

8. Ανήλικοι

Η υπηρεσία δεν απευθύνεται σε παιδιά κάτω των 13 ετών. Αν είσαι κάτω των 13 (ή της ηλικίας που ορίζει η χώρα σου), μη χρησιμοποιείς την εφαρμογή.

9. Ασφάλεια

Όλη η επικοινωνία γίνεται μέσω HTTPS. Η πρόσβαση στα δεδομένα ραντεβού περιορίζεται από Firebase Security Rules ώστε να βλέπει η τοποθεσία σου μόνο όσοι έχουν τον 4-ψήφιο κωδικό. Καμία υπηρεσία στο internet δεν είναι 100% ασφαλής, αλλά κάνουμε ό,τι μπορούμε.

10. Αλλαγές στην πολιτική

Μπορούμε να ενημερώσουμε την πολιτική. Η ημερομηνία τελευταίας ενημέρωσης φαίνεται στην κορυφή. Σημαντικές αλλαγές θα ανακοινωθούν μέσα από την εφαρμογή.

5 Min Bro is built to work without an account. We don't ask for email, phone number or account. Below is exactly what we collect and why, so you know what happens to your data.

1. Who we are

5 Min Bro is developed by an independent developer in Greece. Contact: fiveminbro@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

We collect ONLY what's necessary to make the service work:

  • Random identifier (Firebase UID) — a random string created the first time you open the app. Not linked to your name, email or phone.
  • Display name — the name you type on the welcome screen. Only visible to participants in your meet-ups.
  • Live location — only while a meet-up is active. Updated every ~3 seconds. Stops the moment the meet-up ends.
  • Push notification token (FCM) — used to alert you when someone joins your meet-up or sends a sound.
  • Recordings (Premium) — if you purchase Premium and record custom sounds, they are stored encrypted on Firebase Storage. Visible only to participants in your meet-ups.
  • Aggregate usage analytics — how many meet-ups are started, how many sounds are sent, what screens are visited. Aggregated, no personal identifiers.
  • Crash reports — if the app crashes, an automatic error report is sent so we can fix it (via Firebase Crashlytics).

3. What we do NOT collect

  • We don't ask for email, phone number, age or gender.
  • We don't access contacts, photos, calendar or SMS.
  • We don't track your location outside of meet-ups.
  • We don't sell or rent data to third parties.
  • We don't use advertising or ad tracking.

4. How we use data

Data is used exclusively to:

  • Operate the service (live location, sounds, push notifications).
  • Fix bugs (Crashlytics).
  • Improve the app via aggregate statistics.
  • Process Premium purchases via Apple/Google.

5. Third-party providers

We use the following services:

  • Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Messaging, Crashlytics, Analytics) — hosted on Google Cloud (US/EU). Google's policy.
  • MapBox — for maps. Sends tile requests, no personal data. MapBox policy.
  • Apple / Google — for processing Premium purchases via App Store / Play Store.

6. Data retention

  • Meet-ups (sessions) — auto-deleted 24 hours after creation.
  • Location — written live during a meet-up. Deleted with the meet-up.
  • Your recordings — kept on Firebase Storage until you delete them (from the soundboard) or hit "Wipe everything".
  • Push token — until you uninstall or delete your account.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Deletion — Settings → Wipe everything. Erases name, recordings, history and your account.
  • Access / Export — email fiveminbro@gmail.com and we'll send you the data we have about you.
  • Correction — you can change your name from Settings.
  • Complaint — to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

8. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13 (or your country's minimum age), please do not use the app.

9. Security

All communication is over HTTPS. Access to meet-up data is restricted by Firebase Security Rules so only people with the 4-digit code can see your location. No internet service is 100% secure, but we do our best.

10. Policy updates

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date is shown at the top. Significant changes will be announced inside the app.
